Actief ouder worden begint hier

Ook op latere leeftijd is bewegen van groot belang. Regelmatig sporten en bewegen helpt om soepel en sterk te blijven, vermindert het risico op vallen en draagt bij aan een positief gevoel. Daarnaast is het ook nog eens een leuke manier om sociale contacten te onderhouden en samen met leeftijdsgenoten actief bezig te zijn. Tijdens onze 70+ groepslessen sport u samen onder professionele begeleiding en altijd op uw eigen niveau. Onze lessen zijn gericht op het verbeteren van: spierkrachten, balans en conditie. Daarnaast staan plezier, motivatie en sociale contacten centraal.  


Praktische informatie

  • Wanneer en waar: Elke dinsdagmiddag van 16:00 tot 17:00u. in onze praktijk aan de Schijndelseweg 15g in Sint-Michielsgestel
  • Kosten: €34,50 per maand (1x per week), met een opzegtermijn van één maand.
  • Hoe: Afwisselende oefeningen met muziek, materialen en spelelementen
  • Voor wie: Iedereen van 70 jaar en ouder die in beweging wil blijven

De oefeningen worden afgestemd op jouw persoonlijke mogelijkheden. Zo train je veilig én effectief, op een manier die goed voelt voor jouw lichaam.
