Iedereen slaapt wel eens slecht. Dit heeft niet direct gevolgen voor de gezondheid, maar als slaapproblemen langdurig aanhouden, kunnen ze je dagelijks functioneren flink beïnvloeden. Je voelt je moe, hebt moeite met concentreren en komt niet goed tot rust. Op dit moment is het een steeds voorkomender probleem aan het worden, volgens het Fonds Psychische Gezondheid ervaart 10% van de Nederlanders slaappropblemen.   

Hoe herken je slaapproblemen?

  • Vaak wakker worden tijdens de nacht 
  • Niet meer kunnen slapen na het wakker worden
  • Vroeg wakker worden
  • Niet voldoende uitgerust zijn na de slaap

Je werkt aan een gezond slaapritme en leert beter omgaan met factoren zoals stress, piekeren of een verstoorde balans tussen activiteit en rust.
